With 20 team members, and five surgeries, the clinic provides a range of treatments including NHS and private dentistry, implants, cosmetic procedures and facial aesthetics.
Scottish Dental Care, founded by brothers Christopher and Dr Philip Friel in 2016, has grown steadily, and now comprises 22 locations across Scotland, from Inverness to Dumfries. This latest acquisition follows the group’s recent purchase of Platt & Common, a historic dental clinic in Stirling with a storied legacy dating back to 1861.
During the last 12 months the company has refurbished three clinics and added 15 new surgeries across its portfolio of practices, while also investing in equipment, technology and training.
A spokesperson for Scottish Dental Care said it was committed to expanding and investing in high quality practices, and is actively seeking discussions with practice owners interested in becoming part of its growing network.
