The recruitment process for existing, returning and new trainers opens on Monday.
The recruitment process for 2025-26 VT Trainers opens on Monday for existing, returning and new trainers.
New trainer applications will close on Friday 6 December 2024 at 12 noon. Existing and returning trainer applications will close on 27 January 2025.
The definition of a returning trainer has been revised this year. Any applicants that have not delivered Vocational Training in the current (2024-25) cycle, or the previous (2023-24) cycle, are now regarded as new trainers, and must submit their application by 6 December
There have been significant revisions to the recruitment process this year to reduce the risk of trainers being unable to match. In addition, the training year will now commence in September 2025, replacing the traditional August start.
