Judicial review date set
The judicial review into the GDC’s decision to raise the ARF for dentists by 55 per cent has been set for Monday 15 December.
The association sent an email to its members yesterday (5 December) informing them of the confirmed date. The BDA has stated that it wanted the judicial review proceedings to be heard before the end of the year when the new fee is due.
On 30 October, the GDC voted for a £314 increase in dentists ARF to £890, while decreasing the ARF for DCPs from £120 to £116.
